Hello, i'm new in the forum and this is my first post.
the reason i am here is because i have a friend who thinks he is a ''specialist'' in computers and so on... and he installed in my pc a gamer windows and this program right mark cpu utility and now i am having loads of problems with overheating and since i don't really understand nothing about pc's i cant solve the problem on my own.
Atm im in powersaving profile and this is the only webpage i have open and im at 75ºC (the pc core) at least thats what the program is saying. If i turn on a game it will quickly rise to 90+ºC and eventually the pc will automatically shut himself down before there is damage.
I cant do anything with the pc and im going a bit crazy i really need someone to guide me how can i reduce this overheating problem.
I'll put some pic's

That looks as if he has set the maximum CPU voltage for use with the minimum CPU speed.

Read and follow this guide describing how to set up RMClock.
